How to submit a request
Call or text 888-991-8081. Say “privacy request” or “opt out,” identify the right you wish to exercise and provide only the information reasonably needed for us to locate the relevant records. Requests may include access, correction, deletion, portability, limiting an applicable sensitive-data use, or opting out of applicable sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
Identity verification
Before completing a request, we may need to match information you provide with our records. The information requested will depend on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the records involved.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may require evidence that the agent is authorized and may contact you directly to verify the request.
Timing and exceptions
We will acknowledge and respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request. Some information may be exempt, including information needed to complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with law, exercise legal rights or keep required records. If we deny a request, we will provide the explanation and appeal instructions required by applicable law.
Appealing a decision
If your state provides a right to appeal, call or text the same number, say “privacy appeal,” and identify the prior request. We will review the appeal and respond as required.
No unlawful discrimination
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
